Best Neighborhoods in Erie, Colorado for 2026

Erie has grown tremendously over the past decade, and each neighborhood has its own personality. Here's my take on some of the best communities in 2026.

    Erie Highlands

A well-established neighborhood with mature trees, a community pool, and easy access to I-25. Homes range from the $600s to $1M+. Great for families who want a walkable feel.

    Flatiron Meadows

One of Erie's most popular neighborhoods, and for good reason. Beautiful parks, Flatiron Meadows Elementary (rated 9/10), and stunning Flatiron views. Expect homes in the $600s to $900s.

    Colliers Hill

A newer community on Erie's north side with modern floor plans and a resort-style pool. St Vrain Valley School District is a big draw. Homes start in the mid-$600s.

    Westerly

If you want new construction with mountain views, Westerly delivers. Multiple builders, a community center, and proximity to I-25 for commuters. Prices range from the $600s to $1M+.

    Erie Village

A charming neighborhood with a wide range of home styles, from Victorian to Craftsman. Many homes feature carriage homes or ADUs, making it a great option for multi-generational living or rental income. Homes range from the $700s to $1M+.

    Old Town Erie

For those who love charm and character, Old Town Erie offers historic homes, local shops, and the heart of Erie's community events. Homes range widely from the $400s to $700s.

Every family has different priorities — schools, commute, lot size, community vibe. I'd love to help you figure out which Erie neighborhood is the best fit for yours.
